Blocking mail

I keep getting mail that contains virus's is there anyway of blocking these address's in outlook & outlook express?

In Outlook Express select Message, Block Sender
In Outlook select Actions, Junk Email, Add to Junk Senders List

However, be aware that these functions can be unreliable and can delete
messages from recipients not in the lists created using the above methods.
