Blocking unwanted email

I am running Norton 2003 and Outlook 2002. I am trying to
find a way to create a rule that says when an email is
received into the "inBox" with an attachment named
NortonAntiVirus Deleted1.txt that it is automatically
moved into the "deleted items" box. Thank you
