View, clear two-page spread. Starting with page one, in the print dialog tick print
current page, click "no".(This will print 1 and 12)
Turn the printed page over, go to page 2, print current page, click "no". (page 2 and
11)
And so on...

Why in the past was I able to print the odd then even pages? But I no longer
get that option in the print dialog box?

Prinint odd and even pages was definately an option in Publisher. I have
used it numerous times and I need to print in odd and even pages once again.
Does anyone know how to get this printing feature to return?

It is possible with VBA, Versions 2002 and 2003

How to print even and odd pages by using VBA in Publisher

What version Publisher are you using now.
You are responding to a very old post. January 17, 2005

The question was concerning a booklet setup. Multiple page documents were able
to print odd and even pages, one page at a time.

In 2007 it is very easy to print odd or even pages for multiple page documents.
Not so easy with a booklet setup.

How many pages does your booklet have?

The version of office we have is 2003. My document has 84 pages. We have a
visual basic editor inside of Publisher.
Would this be the VB that could help us?

I don't know how in the past you were able to print a booklet with just the odd
or even pages. If you manually went to page, say, three, File, print, current
page and answered yes to the query only page three would print. (If you turned
off two page spread in the view menu)

The article I suggested has the macro code. It should work okay. I reckon you
could copy/paste the function into the editor.
