Is there any way to create Bookmarks in a publication? I want to create an
email newsletter which should include links to specific text within the
newsletter. For example I start with a table of contents and would like to
link to the specific paragraphs and then also have Back to Top link.
So far what I found is that it is NOT possible to do that. Has anybody found
a workaround??
