Books on PPT 2003 automation

Can Someone suggest me some real good books or documentation that will help
me in extensive automation of PPt 2003 . I'll prefer the books on .net but
VBA will also be fine but i need it to be a real extensive book on PPT
automation..

Abhishek,

As far as I know, my book is the only one that is dedicated to PowerPoint
and VBA, but I'm not sure it is what you are looking for. You can look at
the examples on my site, which are all explained in the book, to get a feel
for what the book offers:

There are several books that cover VBA in general and have short (and not
very extensive) sections about PowerPoint. I have used VBA for Microsoft
Office 2000 Unleashed and found it helpful:

Unfortunately, there is nothing that matches exactly what you want, but you
might combine several resources to get close.

Hi,
I do a lot of automation in PPT from other apps, e.g. Excel, Access,
SQL Server and the PPT part is usually the easy part (g).

As Steve and David have mentioned there aren't many really advanced
books on programming PPT expecially from .net but if you already
understand .net you should be able to pick up what you need very
quickly. My programming team works in .net and VB and VBA and hasn't
had any real problems till one of the guys wrote in C# and the lead
programmer mentioned that he wasn't "really highly knowledgeable" of
C# (vbg)

What especially are you trying to do? Maybe we can point you in a few
different directions, especially other MVP's like Shyam and Chirag and
Naresh who live in multiple languages and also understand PPT.
