Is there a way of changing all border colors in a table at one time without

The MVPs do not have the ability to block any posts, to remove posts, or to
block any individual from posting if that is what you are thinking. They do
not have "moderator authority". If you are having problems posting then it
is for another reason. I would suspect that if you are using the MSFT web
forum, then that is the problem. The MSFT web forums are notorious for being
buggy, glitchy, unreliable and slooooooooooow. I won't use them personally
because of this.

Alternatively you might try the Google groups. I use this when I want to
search archives and find it much faster and better than the MSFT forums in
my opinion:
