borders & images break up

I really need your help.

I'm having problems when I scroll in a Word document. If there are any text
boxes or graphics on the page, whenever I scroll down and scroll back up, the
borders on the text boxes break up as do the images.

I've all the latest updates installed and appreciate that this may be a
graphics driver issue - but I've downloaded the latest one for my pc.

Any suggestions.

You're right, this is probably a graphics driver issue. Try reducing or
turning off hardware acceleration in Start | Control Panel | Display |
Advanced.
