bound ole object that holds a word document.

I have put a bound ole object on a form that needs to
hold the same word document for every record.
right now my users always have to manually get the word
document and insert it into the bound ole object by doing
the following steps: right-click, insert object, create
from file and then browse to the document.
We are always using the same document, isn't there a way
to automate these steps by writing code? I'm sure this
can be done but I don't know where to start.
