Breaking apart messages in Outlook 2002

Was this functionality under Accounts/Properties/Advanced left out of Outlook
2002?
My ISP has a 5 mb limit - so I used to set this in Outlook Express, but 2002
has no functionality?

No, because this only worked for Outlook clients (just like the OE function
only works for OE clients) and the message will show up broken in another
mail client. Use a compressing utility like WinRAR to compress or even chunk
the attachment.
