Breaking ppt files from vb/vba

Hi,

I have created ppt files which are linked from excel
files. After creating them i want to break the links so
that the user is not prompted to "update links" when they
open the ppt files. How do i do it fron VB or VBA?

Jaya,
What do you mean by breaking links? Do you wish to mimic the break links
behaviour of PPT by which an image of the original source linked object is
retained by PowerPoint?
