breaking up large message in 2003 outlook

In the older outlook you can break large message which allows you to send them over a server. Without breaking them up, the server would not allow you to send them at all. This was a nice feature in outlook 2000. I have looked for this feature in 2003 and cannot find it. Does anyone know how to do this? As you know, outlook 2003 menus are much different which make it hard to find things.

This feature has been dropped because on the receiving end they would also
need Outlook to rebuild he message. It's better that you compress your
attachments before sending. WinZIP and WinRAR are tools that are often used
for this and these allow you to chunk it as well.
