Bringing back Send/Receive progress window Outlook 2000

I checked the "do not show again" option in the temporary
progress/message windows that normally appears when
sending/receiving E-mail in Outlook 2000. This window does
not appear anymore when sending or receiving E-mail. How
can I turn this feature on again?

Double click the animation in the lower right corner of the Status bar
during a mail poll.
