broken link to excel file

hi,
is the current project going to be moving around alot or
just one move. if only 1 move then just relink excel table
after move. if current project will move alot then you
will need code to search entire network maybe.

It will be placed in five different locations. I should also mention this is
MDE file. I'm not sure if I can re-link in a MDE file. I figured the best way
was to provide code that could determine if the link was broken then ask the
user the provide the new location of the file. If I can re-link in a MDE file
then this will work.
