Browser can't find page

When I make a special page in FP2003 using windows XP
home and publishing it to my webpage as special.htm then
sue the browser to find the website and special page (an
advertisment not to be viewed with the website) it can't
be found. I sure would appreciate anyone that can tell me
why this isn't happening and what I'm doing wrong.

Where in your web did you save special.htm??
If in a folder, then you would have to go to www.website.com/foldername/special.htm

Steve,
when I publish my website and make a page lets say
called "links" and after publishing I try to tell someone
else to go to www.myweb.com/links but this page does not
show. You only get an error message saying that page not
found. Am I not doing something correct when either I
make this page or when I publish it?

Steve, I was in the directory of my website. When
bringing up my index page in FP2003 I just click on "new
Page" and save it to the same diectory as my index page
and all of the other pages I have on my website.

links is not a page (links.htm is a file)
- if it's a folder named links you need a page in the folder w/ the same filename as your home page
