Hi all,
I have a site created using frames and would like to know
how to maintain the size of the frames regardless of the
browser and screen resolution (if possible) or is there
no way? On some monitors the top frame is huge! and on
some it is perfect (as with the content and links frames)

Set the width of your frames to a fixed
width in pixels instead of a % width.
