Bug in Outlook 2003?

I sent an email wtih the approstrophy ' to a Yahoo email account. Using that
Yahoo Email, reply to the email and when Outlook 2003 receives that email,
the ' that was sent from Outlook 2003 previously to the Yahoo email account
has changed to 

Can somebody recreate the problem?
