Building a Cell Reference

Is there a way in which I can take values in a cell and
build a cell...

If I wanted to see the value of a cell b2 would just type
in another location =B2

Is there a way to take the value of another cell that has
the value of B and then another cell that has the value
of 2 and build that...By taking two cell values I want to
build a third cell... Thanks

Thanks exactly what I was looking for.... but now I am
having difficulty getting building the indirect on one
sheet (no problem) but the information is not coming from
another sheet..it keeps referecing the sheet that I am
currently working on...

Any ideas???
