We are using word2000 in our organization, one of the user are using "use
word as e-mail editor" in Outlook 2000.
It is unexpected that in replying a mail, the default style is now bulleted,
however, in new e-mail it is NOT bulleted.
Actually, how many style are controlling the style of email? Because I have
to get rid of all "bulleted" e-mail style.
Help!
Thank you in advanced.

The bulleted option when replying to e-mail, whether or not you use Word as
editor is set in Outlook
(tools > options > preferences > e-mail options)
