I want to create one file that contains 8 pages, for 8 different business
cards (same style, different names). I have tried using the "Master Page"
but am not able to edit text on the subsequent pages. I have tried inserting
additional pages with "all objects included" but then when I go to edit the
text it changes the text on every page. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing
wrong?

If you are using a pre-designed template, delete all the text boxes that duplicate
the unwanted text and replace them with your own. Right-click the text box, format
text box, size tab, make a note of the size and use that as a guide for the new text
boxes. (Might want to make a note of the font too).
Insert 7 pages, tick "Duplicate all objects on page (1)". Personalize each page.
