business card printing

Anyway, I have mail merged names into my business card in Publisher. The
merge went well, but wen I print I am getting a full page of the first
record, then the second page prints a full page of the next record. How do I
get Publisher to print 10 records per sheet? I only need one card per name.
Not 10 cards with the same record.

When you use a business card merge you can only have one card on your screen for
it to be successful. Page setup, business cards, click change copies per sheet,
type .75 side, .5 top, zero gaps. If you are using earlier versions of Publisher
this option will be available when you are ready to print.

Mary, Yes thank you, but I have already successfully set up the cards to
print "copies per sheet" using the method you explained. In print preview I
have 10 cards on a sheet with the first record, second page is 10 cards with
the second record in my merge. I am trying to print one record per card, not
page. There must be some way to set that up??? Thank you for your time.

Mary, I read some input from a user who was trying to do the same only with
label printing. I read that Printing the Merge is the key. Don't just click
(Print), duh. Yes I have blonde hair.
