Business Contact Manager

I just bought and installed the upgrade to Office 2003.
When I tried to install the Business Contact Manager,
halfway throught the install I got the message "Setup
failed to configure the server. Refer to the server error
logs and setup error logs for more information." I've
tried the install several times with the same result. I
don't even know how to find the error logs or the setup
error logs and, if I could, I doubt that I'd understand
them. Thanks for any help.
