There is an add-in from Microsoft that will let you synch more than one
contact folder (Pocket Contact Synchronizer I believe) but it dumps all of
your contacts into one folder.
You might want to post in microsoft.public.pocketpc (or
pocketpc.activesynch) as the folks over there have some good links to third
party programs that may do this for you.
