Business Contact Manager

I just upgraded my Office 2000 to Office 2003 (Small
Business Addition). I cannot get the Business Contact
Manager installed. The computer says it is installed
properly, but when I go to Start, Programs, Office 2003
Business Contact Manager the software is not there and
all I have is a take a tour icon. Any suggestions.

BCM is an Outlook 2003 addin, not a separate program that you launch from
the Start menu. If you run Outlook without a profile that includes Exchange,
you should be prompted to configure BCM for use with that profile.

On the menu bar there should be "Business Tools". Access BCM from there.
Unless there is a difference between Office Small Business Edition and Professional Edition, concerning BCM it should work fine.
