Calanders

I have a sub project with associated resource pool. I am changing working
times in the standard calander to reflect accurate days people will be
working over christmas and new year. The changes appear to save, but when
the project is closed & then re-opened all changes to the calander are lost.

Any ideas on where the calander is supposed to be changed (Master project,
sub project or resource pool) and why the changes keep getting lost?

do you make changes on the enterprise global?
logon as an administrator and open the enterprise resource pool, you can see
than each resource has a calendar. double click a resource, open his resource
information and change his working time.
