Hi all,
I am trying to set up Outlook on my boss's computer to allow him to send and receive calendar appointments with one of his clients. I have the option checked to send in iCalendar format, but when it send out, it does not contain the .ics extension and when I receive it in a different mail client, I have to open it in Explorer, add the extension manually, and then it imports fine into Outlook. Has anyone run into this before or have any advice for fixing it?
To give the question more clarity, we have some employees here who use Eudora but have Outlook installed for calendaring purposes (I have no idea why they're so attached to Eudora; it gives me a headache every time I try to help them).
Thanks much.
