calendar help

Tom

I have a 2009 calendar that needs updated to 2010. I have doszens of text
boxes etc. filled with items. I want to asically only change the dates but
keep all the objects. The 1st is a Friday in 2010 but a Thursday on 2009. I
want the objects to stay but have the dates change to reflect 2010. Can it be
done?

I tried to go to calendar options and then hange date range and I tried
creating a new publication and I tried keeping everything. It only gives me
the 2009 Caledar. Is there a way to have everything remain where it is but
have the dates change?

Thanks for your help in advance

Good suggestion Mary. What is the best way to change the dates for a month when the new month wraps to a new line in the claendar. Example 1/31/10 is on a new line for January

Thanks.

I've always added a new row (Table, Insert, rows below). I then grab the resize
tab and make the row table smaller. There will be times when you will have to
delete a row and resize.
