Calendar Problems

Problem with project calendar and working time.
I have a project calendar running on a number of low level schedules,
however if I change the working time on calendar, it only makes the changes
for that schedule. How can I change the working time on a project calendar
and get the changes to apply to wherever that project calendar is used. The
schedules are all linked to a resource schedule that also uses the project
calendar.

Hi Mags,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

Try Tools/Organizer.../Calendar tab, select your calendar on the right and
copy it to the left. This will put it in the Global.mpt file and be
accessible to all your projects for you to copy back.
