How can I keep my past appointments from expiring in my Outlook calendar?

appreciate your note.

Outlook 2003 seems to be erasing my appointments in the calendar after about
three months. For my work, I want to keep a permanent record off my schedule.

Any thoughts on what I can change. I have scoured Outlook myself and cannot
find a solution to this issue.

Disable the archiving. Right click on the calendar icon, select properties,
then the archive tab. Set your archive how you wish.
