2 Questions
One; how do you get a calendar to display an academic year on one page?

Two; how do you highlight or put a square or circle around or week on the
monthly text boxes on a yearly calendar?

What version Publisher?

All the calendar options are on the template page if you are using 2007. There
are date range, page orientation and applying all the months on one page are in
these options. You cannot designate a date range when using all the months on
one page. The workaround is to first create a full size calendar with your date
range, okay out. Click change template, change the template to One page per
year. You will have to do some editing as you will notice.

You can draw a circle or a rectangle around the dates. What problem are you
having?

Also, click on the line option and make the rectangle or circle heavier or
colored (or even a border)
I haven't tried this on calendate dates, but I assume it would work.
Maybe the default line isn't heavier enough (or colorful) to show up well.
