I would like to have the calendarshow in all screens in
Office 2003. It is annoying to switch back and forth
constantly. Does anyone know if this is possible? If
so, how does one set it up?

No, the best you can do is to open the calendar in a new window (right click
on the folder, select open in new window) then adjust the window to display
along side of your other Outlook window.
