Calling htm & asp from within a table

Can you set up a page with tables that will call up an asp file within one
cell, and a website from another?

I don't know how to insert the page.

I'm using one of the tables to insert a banner ad that rotates on a
percentage basis. If anyone has a better idea, I would appreciate it.

Yes, insert an IFrame and load the page in that.
