Can a document be broken down by parts of speech; noun, verb, etc

I want to be able to not only get a word count, but be able to break down how
many
different words there are, how many times they appear and even to know if
they are nouns, verbs, ect.

Note, however, that identifying the word-classes in the text would be beyond
the capabilities of Word.
