Can a meeting request notice by sent by using bcc?

I'm using Outlook 2003 and want to send a meeting notice to a list of people;
but I don't want everyone to see who the meeting notice is sent to. Is
there a way to send it using "bcc" instead of "To"? Or is there another way
to accomplish this?
