Can drop-down form fields be repeated or copy/pasted?

I am trying to create a basic form in MS Word. Many of the drop-down field
need to be repeated. Can I copy/paste them or repeat them? Also, I want
several of the fields to enable the user to select a date from a calendar is
this possible?
