Can frames be confined to a table?

Is there a way to put a frames page inside a "page size" table to prevent the
various frames from being too far to the left or right when viewed on a
monitor that is set for high resolution?

You can put an IFrame into a table, yes. Then you would have inherited all
the usability and maintainability problems that frames have into that
table....
