Can I assign a file path as a contact or recipient???

Outlook gurus....

I am trying to find an easy, fool-proof way to save a copy of emails to our
project folders. We have numerous people working on projects that we want to
have all the correspondences in a single location.

I would like to be able to create a contact and specify a file path instead
of an email address. This would allow us to simply include that contact as a
recipient when sending the email and put a copy of the file in that folder.
Sounds pretty simple, but is it? I would like to do this for numerous
projects for the group.

I know I can "save" a copy of each email, but that is cumbersome.

If there is some other way to specify where a file goes, please share that.
For instance, I know somewhere in this application it specifies a copy of the
email be sent to the "Sent Items" folder within Outlook. So, there may be
some way to add to this function.

Any help you gurus can provide on this issue would be deeply appreciated.

Thanks,
Charles
