Can I build a Technology Roadmap using Microsoft Project?

Project appears to have all the functionality for this task, but I am having
difficulty getting up the learning curve.

I don't know what a technology roadmap is, but if it is a unique undertaking
with clearly defined start and finish dates, then Project should manage OK.

Thanks, Mike.

A Technology Roadmap is more of a series of independent and dependent
milestones, grouped by technology type and by relations to their resulting
product. I'll be using a lot of Gantt and PERT views to see it. I need to
be able to group tasks by many different qualifiers, none of them standard
ones lie "%-complete".
