can i create any additional table in project server 2007 database or create
new database to store my fields which iwant to process it programmatically
and connect it thorough project server.
plz, quickly replay and if there are any new suggestion ,suggest it

Yes you can create a new table in the database(s). It is just a sql server
database.
No you can not access it through the PSI (Project Server API for accessing
project data). You would need to write your own code to do that.

As an addition to Jack's good post, I think extra tables and Views etc are
only supported in the Reporting database. There should definitely be no
modification of any table or view in the draft or publishing databases.
