Can I display only unused styles?

I need to display only unused styles so that I can delete them. Is there a
way to do this easily?

The easiest way I know, in Word 2002 or 2003, is to display the styles in the
Task Pane, then right-click and see whether "select n instances" is greyed
out. If it is, the style isn't being used.
