Can I do a backup whilst logged off?

I am currently using NTI Backup Now! 3 to do a backup but I want to know if I
can set the schedule to do a backup whilst I am logged off?

Hope someone can help me as my boss keeps harrassing me on IT problems and I
don't have a clue!!
