can i export autotext from word? to another machine?

i have a new computer and like to import my autotext from word 2000 to word
2003. Is this possible to do?

.... and your AutoText entries are stored in your Normal.dot global
template. Use the Organizer in "Tools | Templates and Add-ins" to copy
the AutoText entries from one Normal.dot template to another.
