Can I identify if DRM is applied to an email

Have just been readi reading about Digital Rights Management and its
potential capacities to disturb the records environment but do not know how
to identify if an email has DRM characters; can someone help me please.

You'll know it if one does - you won't be able to open it without installing
the DRM client.
