Can I import macros from Word to Powerpoint?

Depends,

was it written as an Office add in or a Word add in?

If you have macros that you want to import, you can do this:

1. Open Word, click ALT+F11 to enter the VBE window.
2. Select your module, click "File", "Export file". It will give it a *.bas
file name. Find a folder, name it, and save it.
3. Open PowerPoint, click ALT+F11 to enter the VBE window.
4. Click "File", "Import file". Browse to and select the *.bas file you
saved earlier and import it.

Keep in mind that VBA means Visual Basic for Applications and the object
model for Word is different than that for PowerPoint (ActiveDocument versus
ActivePresentation, for example). Your macros might not work at all.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Maybe we can provide further
assistance if we knew your goal.
