Can I open a Publisher XP doc in Publisher 2000?

1) There is no such thing as Publisher XP. The version of Publisher that
shipped with the Office XP Family is Publisher 2002. Ditto Word, Access,
Excel, etc.
2) In Publisher 2002, File > Save As... > Files of Type > Publisher 2000.
