Can I Open Attachment in Int. Explorer, then Save As?

I have the code to save an attachment from an email to a certain
folder, but I need to open that saved file in Internet Explorer and
Save As to another folder. The reason I need to Save As in I. Explore
is becasue the attachment is not sent in HTML, but when it opens a key
converts the file to HTML. Is this possible?
