While using a shared printer, sometimes printed papers mixed up. To avoid
mixed up, i want to put a seperate computer code on each and every paper, i
or any person send for printing.

Hi Sunil,

Short of placing information (your name or the like) in the header or
footer of every document you send to the printer, the only other
suggestion I can come up with is to enable the printing of the separator
page at the printer setup.

In my installation of Windows XP the separator page is enabled by
following the steps outlined below:
1) Start > Printers and Faxes.
2) Click on the printer and choose the "Set printer properties" from the
Printer Tasks pane.
3) In the Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
4) Click the Separator Page... button.
5) Browse for the *.sep page you desire.

See the following Knowledge Base article for details on creating custom
separator page files:

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
