Can I print a Publisher address list without merging?

I have a Publisher address list which I use with a mail merge document in
Publisher. I want to print the list without running the merge. I am running
Publisher 2000. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Do you have any database program?
The list is in My Documents, My Data Sources. Most programs; such as Excel or Access
will open the files. I think Works spreadsheet can do it too.
