Can I print starting at the bottom of the page to the top?

I am trying to print on paper that has a cut out at the top, so it won't feed
through my printer without getting jammed. Is there a way that I can have
the bottom of the invitation printed first, so I can insert the straight edge
of the invitation into the printer

Printer issue, not your software. See if your printer drivers will allow it.
Actually, this not the place for this question. This forum is to address
only issues associated with the product Microsoft Project.
