Can I read a Version 1.0 publisher file with Office Publisher2003

Is it possible to read a Version 1.0 Publisher file with Office Profession
2003 Publisher program?

No, only version 2.0 can open the file.
If it is important, send it to me and I will open it and convert it upwards.

Another p.s., Publisher 95 and Publisher 97 will open 1.0 with a lot of caveats. The
OLE doesn't work right and you have to do workarounds.
