Can I recreate an Office 2003 Profile

Is is possible to delete just the Office profile? I have a user that is
trying to open documents in Word and it is taking a very long time to
navigate to Network resources by clicking the File | Open menu. She gets the
same response when trying to attach a file in Outlook. If she tries to find
the same file through My Computer the files open right up. I have tried to
open the files logged in as myself and I am able to open them right up. The
issue seems to be related only to Office not with other applications.

I downloaded ORK but I am unsure what the "Reset to defaults before
restoring settings" does. Does it delete the profile and create a new one? Is
there anything else I should try first?

Any help would be appreciated. If this has been discussed elsewhere I am
willing to look at those suggestions. I did a search on "office profile"
without many hits.

Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop,
left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any mapped
drives that are not currently available.

Have you tried changing the default file locations from:

Tools, Options, File Locations
